What verification means here — and what it does not
New Guard Property Hub never labels inventory it has not actually reviewed. Every listing and agent profile carries its real state, and the data source is always shown separately from the verification state.
The four states

Submitted for review. Details are not confirmed yet.
Provided by the lister and not yet independently checked.
Review did not confirm the submitted details.
How a review runs
The owner, agent or data source supplies the record. It displays as Source Unverified until anything is checked.
The submitter asks for verification and attaches supporting evidence. The record moves to Verification Pending.
We check the submitted details for internal consistency and plausibility against the evidence supplied.
The record becomes Verified or Rejected, with the reviewer's notes recorded and the decision written to the audit trail.
Verification is a documentary consistency review at a point in time. It is not an inspection, appraisal, survey, title search, licence check with a state regulator, or a guarantee of condition, ownership or value.
Agent licence numbers and states are self-reported metadata. We only describe a licence as verified when the profile's verification state is actually Verified.
Data arriving from an external property-data provider never becomes Verified automatically. Source and verification are separate concepts throughout the platform.
