We are building the platform we wanted while buying and selling: one that tells you what is checked, what is not, and what you still have to do.

Why we exist

U.S. residential property is not short of listings. It is short of clarity. Buyers reach the offer stage without knowing whether they are financially ready. Sellers publish before their disclosures, documents or pricing context are anywhere near complete. Both sides then enter a thirteen-step process that nobody explains until something goes wrong.

New Guard Property Hub treats the transaction, not the listing, as the product. Search is the entry point. The work is in understanding a property, verifying what can be verified, preparing your side of the deal, and getting to a closing table without a surprise.

Where we are today

We are pre-launch. Some inventory on the platform is clearly marked demo content, no live MLS feed is connected, and lender, title, escrow, appraisal and insurance integrations are not live. We label all of that on the property page itself rather than implying coverage we do not have.

What is real today: accounts and roles, listing creation with a rule-based readiness score, verification requests and states, saved homes and comparison, mortgage readiness, tours, inquiries, offers and a milestone-tracked transaction workspace.

Label the limit

Every listing carries its source and verification state. Every estimate carries its assumptions. We would rather show you a boundary than imply a guarantee.

A bigger search result is not a better outcome. We focus on whether you are actually ready to transact and what specifically is missing.

Built to internationalise

The U.S. product comes first and is built properly. Currency, units and jurisdiction language are isolated so other markets can follow without a rewrite.
