What "published at launch" means
We will not display a price we cannot currently charge. Billing requires a payment provider account held by the operating company, plus tax registration and, in some states, real-estate advertising compliance review.
Built today: plan structure, entitlement boundaries, seller and agent workflows, and every feature listed above.
Integration required: payment processing, subscription management, invoicing and dunning. These activate when a production payment account is connected.
Not offered: New Guard Property Hub does not take commission on a property sale, and is not a brokerage, lender, escrow company, title company or insurer.
